You have 80 points to divide between your six abilities. No ability score may be higher than 18, and no ability score may be lower than 8. You may have no more than one score on 17 or above, and no more than two scores on 16 or above. So, for example, you may have a monk with these stats:

INT - 10

WIS - 18

CON - 14

CHA - 08
